I am using ElectroMAX Stbl4 Competent Cells to prepare a CRISPR library for a fitness screen. These cells are excellent for high transformation efficiency and for maintaining unstable DNA inserts, such as retroviral sequences, and direct repeats, which are present on the lentil plasmids.
