Guaranteed Reliable Results With the Human BDNF ELISA Kit From RayBiotech

Our lab looks into various blood biomarkers related to inflammatory, vascular, and neurodegenerative processes. We ran BDNF on serum samples of participants with varying degrees of vascular disease. We initially tested dilutions of 25X, 50X, 100X, and 200X and found that 200X was optimal for our samples. Our lab does an overnight incubation for 17 hours instead of the 2.5-hour RT incubation after the addition of samples. We've currently run BDNF on 40 samples, and are expecting to run 80 more in the coming weeks. The results from this assay are extremely reliable and reproducible.
