We ran this assay on serum diluted at 10X of living participants with varying degrees of vascular disease. Our samples had relatively low concentrations, but this presented no problem for this assay. We were able to easily optimize the standard curve to best fit our samples, and we got reliable, consistent results. Best ELISA kit on the market for targeting PDGFR-beta.
