The kit was easy to use and the instructions were straightforward. We used this according to the manufacturer's protocol on human endothelial cell culture supernatants and were able to detect low levels in our undiluted samples (~15-60pg/mL). The standard curve looked great, but in the future, we may concentrate our samples to get in the middle of the curve. We may also try an overnight incubation for the samples. we plated replicate wells and the results from the plate were precise.

For low concentration samples, consider increasing the incubation time.
We measured HBEGF in microvascular endothelial cell supernatants. overall our values were near the limit of detection, but I believe that was due to our samples and not the sensitivity of the ELISA.
