I did cytokines analysis on cattle's plasma (LPS activated) using the Bovine Cytokine Array Q1. My research investigated the effect of feeding cattle with biomass from hemp-containing cannabinoids on inflammation, metabolism, etc. My professor asked me to try this product and it has an overall protocol that's very easy to follow. The overall time to run this protocol can be between 8-12 hours. I was able to get decent results using these assays.

Overall I was able to get the results from the fluorescence signal, although some background noise were there. But, the results were as expected.
