We recently used several BD kits that test for several cytokines. We have not had many issues at all, and optimization was a breeze. These kits are however on the expensive side for what you get from them and may be a funding challenge for high throughput labs.

This kit was able to detect TNFa at very sensitive levels in a small cohort of individuals. We wanted to confirm the results of another publication, and this kit helped us do so.
