I applied the Eps8 antibody to smooth muscle cells stimulated for 24 hours. Before this, the cells were subjected to a 4-hour starvation period using 0.5% FBS. The primary antibody was diluted at a ratio of 1:10000, and the membrane was incubated overnight at 4°C.
