We use this kit for general midi plasmid isolations. The procedure is quite simple and we almost always get +2000ng/uL plasmid concentration in 50 uL. It works using gravity flow, which makes the procedure a bit longer.

Results Summary

We start with growing bacteria in 150 uL LB overnight. After the procedure we usually end up with 2000 ug/uL plasmid in 50 uL.
