I used this antibody in my basic immune cell panel to identify the percentage of B cells present in my isolated mouse cells. This antibody provided a clear signal that I could quantify this less common population among my analyzed cells.

As with the majority of BV antibodies I have gotten from BioLegend, I had no issues using this antibody to define my CD19+ population in mouse cells. I would recommend this antibody to anyone looking to characterize immune subsets in their mouse samples.
