Results Summary

I isolated mRNA from 52 PBMCs samples that were previously frozen from a bio bank. The cells number each sample was around 500.000 in total. I obtain good amount of RNA ( around 200 ng/µl) and with a purity of 2.0-2.1 260/280 ratio (nanodrop).
