One of the most cost-effective high-throughput multiplex assays on the market to measure cytokines. It does require some flow cytometry experience compared to an ELISA, but it is simple in execution with a detailed manual.

It has successfully quantified differences in the 10 analytes it provided in the 42 samples loaded on the plate. The calibration curve had a high accuracy.
We aimed to look at angiogenesis of oesophageal cancer cells exposed to varying acids hence this kit was ideal in terms of its sampling breadth and cost. We collected conditioned cell media (200 uL) which was snap frozen immediately. The washing needs to be done very carefully if using a V bottom plate but we would recommend using the filter plate for increased accuracy and reproducibility.
Very cost effective and produces good signal.
Needs advanced flow cytometry skills to use.
Would buy again, cost effective and produces good data.
