I use this post-thaw or if I pass with accutase to reduce cell death. I prefer it to other ROCK inhibitors because it comes premade and is very easy to use and since iPSC cultures are already so demanding simplifying one step is nice. Like any ROCK inhibitor, remove within 24 hrs to avoid spontaneous differentiation.

Increases cell survival but does give your cells a slightly "spikier" morphology that goes away once you change the media to remove the revitacell.
Very easy to use.
More expensive than making your own ROCK inhibitor solution.
