The major focus of our research is to determine the significance of tubuloglomerular feedback (TGF) responsiveness in physiological and pathological conditions such as acute and chronic kidney injury. We utilize in vivo and in vitro sophisticated techniques such as microperfusion, micropuncture, fluorescence imaging, laser capture microdissection, molecular biology, cell biology, whole animal physiology, and transgenic animal models. My research focuses on CRISPR/ Cas-9 drug delivery for treating HIV reservoirs in the brain. I frequently use this kit for isolating RNA for my molecular experiments.
