Functional characterisation of T cell. HUman PBMC were stimulated with PMA/onomycin for 5 hours in the presence of BFA. Cells were then surface stained with CD3/CD4/CD8, fixed, permeabilized and then stained with IL-2. FIxation snd permeabilization using eBioscience™ Foxp3 / Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set. Antibody was diluted in 1X permeabilization buffer.
