Mostly used for culturing LX293T cells for lentivirus production. Worked well in that application and had good, consistent growth in other cell lines we used it for.

Expensive.
All cells I used to culture with this media grew consistently without any issues. The added supplements saved time, but may not be worth it for everyone.
