We have been using this BCA protein kit for protein concentration measurement for over 8 years. It worked very well.
Determination of protein concentration
Need to incubate plate in 37 degrees C for 30 mins after mixing with the kit.
The measurement of the protein concentration is very accurate. I see equal loading band for Western Blot after measuring and analyzing with this BCA protein kit.
