We differentiate dendritic cells from CD14+ PBMCs with the goal of assessing dendritic cell maturation/activation by flow cytometry after different treatments.
Flow cytometry compensation
Stain in an eppendorf or flow tube for maximal bead recovery.
This product helps us stain beads with our amine-reactive fixable live/dead stains, which then allows for easy flow cytometry compensation when evaluating live/dead populations. We've been able to assess viability, as well as use this for live/dead gates in DC maturation studies.
