My research involves looking at platelets in the lungs of an acute pulmonary infection model using MRSA. I used the anti-cd42b antibody to look at platelets in the lungs through the time course of infection to look at platelet recruitment into the lungs.

The Good

This product worked really well and I found that the best dilution to use was 1:200 of this antibody in 1% BSA in PBS.

This antibody is expensive for a small quantity but its worth the money as it gives you great results. I would recommend it.
