This antibody provides a good CD44 mouse staining and an acceptable background. Separation shift between positive and negative populations is OK but I recommend optimizing it with titration.

I use this antibody for detecting CD44-positive memory T cells in mouse intestinal tissue, and separate from naive T cells. The staining was convincing and specific to perform proper gating strategy.
