This antibody provides a good CD4 mouse staining with a Log3 separation and acceptable background. Background can be reduced and staining optimized with titration, which I recommend.

Results Summary

I use this antibody for detecting CD4 T cells in mouse intestinal tissue, and separate from CD8, and double negative T cells. The staining was convincing and specific to perform proper gating strategy.
