The Bad
No assay diluent to dilute patient samples or standards.
The Bottom Line
This is a great and reliable product that was meant for blood or serum but can be applied to saliva samples. Since it is a competitive assay, samples with a high concentration may have to be diluted due to the very low O.D falling OWR. We used PBS to dilute patients and standards, which worked well. It would be preferred to have an assay diluent.
