We used PBS to dilute samples as needed, an assay diluent would have been preferred.

Results Summary

The high end and low end of the curve gave us some issues. When the lowest standard is OWR, any samples with a low concentration did not produce a numerical result. The high-end standard (10) gave a result of about 7 repeatedly. This has not yet affected out results but may lead to more dilutions of patients with high values.
