I tried both HRP and fluorescent detection. needed a little optimization but i got good bands. The DYKDDDDK Tag Monoclonal antibody specifically detects DYKDDDDK Tag in Tag samples. It is validated for ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot.
Works well with all cell lines.
Can't think of anything bad.
I would recommend this antibody.
