Info: Supplier Page

We are trying to establish an in vitro mouse plasma cell culture system. For this purpose, we are using multimeric mouse APRIL cytokine from Adipogen Life Sciences as a survival factor after induction of B cell differentiation.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Survival and differentiation B cell in in vitro culture setup

Starting Material

Enriched B cell from any source

Tips

Because it is lyophilized cytokine always be careful about the storage temperature and avoid repeated freeze thaw.

Results Summary

The APRIL cytokine from the Adipogen Life Science provides robust survival and proliferation signals during the differentiation of B cells into plasma cells. In our culture, we use this cytokine at a concentration of 100 ng/ml. At this concentration, B cells can survive up to 3 days.
