The result here is shown for 1X10^6 spleen cell stained with a fixable viability dye (Zombie UV) and other antibody panel. All steps are stained on ice for 20-30 mins. The result shown here is for CD11b population gated on live population and CD45+CD90.2-B220- . The Anti-CD11b BUV496 antibody was used at 1:400 dilution.
