Results Summary

CD14 serves as a distinctive marker for monocytes and macrophages.CD14 plays a central role in the innate immune response. It is a co-receptor, along with Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4), for recognizing lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Upon binding LPS, the CD14/TLR4 complex initiates a signaling cascade leading to the activation of immune responses against pathogens.
