To titrate the antibody, 2 x 10^6 splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice were re-stimulated in vitro and stained with Zombie NIR in 100 µL PBS at 4C for 30 min. Subsequently, the cells were fixed/permed using BD Cytofix/Cytoperm™ Solution according to the manufacturer's instruction, then stained with PE-Cy7 anti-IFN-? Ab and AF488 anti-TNF-a Ab in 100 µL Perm/Wash buffer at 4C for 30 min.
