I used it for phenotyping human PBMC by flow cytometry to study immune memory in inflammatory disease. 5 lase Cytek Aurora was used. It was very difficult to detect IL33R positive population, but I assume it is because of rare population not the antibody itself.

Results Summary

I tittered the antibody and ended up using 1:50 dilution with 5% FBS 2mM EDTA in PBS. Incubation for 30min RT works well and shows positive population although it is very rare.
