I used it for phenotyping human PBMC by flow cytometry to study inflammatory disease. 5 lase Cytek Aurora was used and the antibody is not the best probably because BV510 is not the best fluorophore.

I tittered the antibody and ended up using 1:100 dilution with 5% FBS 2 mM EDTA in PBS. Incubation for 30min RT work and show positive population, not the separation is not the best.
Not too expensive.
Separation not the best.
BV510 CD3 antibody works and show positive population, but the separation is not the best. If I have another fluorophore option, I would use a different one.
