I was seeking to isolate CD3+ T cells from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This kit allowed me to do just that with easy-to-follow instructions in a reasonable timeframe. Yield absolutely depends on your donor but generally speaking, after expansion my T cell purity is nearly 100%.

Results Summary

This kit enabled me to isolate CD3+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells with ease. While I do not know the exact % CD3+ following immediate isolation, I can always count on the expanded product to be nearly 100% CD3.
