The human primary cell line was exposed to a growth factor and tested for its effect on HIF1 alpha protein expression. For this, whole-cell protein lysate from control and growth factor treated cells were resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE, western transferred, and probed with HIF1 alpha antibody obtained from GeneTex. The selection of antibodies was based on the specificity of the antibody and protein band shown in the antibody flyer.
