The human primary cells were homogenized, and sonicated, and proteins were extracted in RIPA buffer. The extracted proteins were measured, and an equal amount of proteins were resolved in 12% SDS-PAGE. A low-range protein marker was used for this experiment. Resolved proteins were further immunoblotted for the detection of PDGF-BB protein using specific antibodies obtained from Ray Biotech. The selection of antibodies was based on the merits shown in the antibody flyer.
