This antibody provided good staining of nerves in rabbit tissue that enabled quantification. Specific staining was nice and dark but background was present on all sections stained. Most significant background was in skeletal muscle.
Good staining with minimal antibody needed and standard staining conditions.
Background staining in skeletal muscle was more than ideal.
It was good enough to detect nerves and quantify them in rabbit tissue.
