I wanted to stain the expression of CD7 on the surface of peripheral ILCs for sorting. Therefore I stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400, and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.

The staining here is super bright and really good for sorting. I've been using it at a 1:800 dilution.
