These enzymes are involved in diverse processes related to bacterial growth, division, and responses to environmental changes. They enable bacteria to remodel their cell walls, essential for activities like cell expansion during growth and division, as well as cell wall repair. I've generated multiple knockout constructs and their corresponding plasmids encoding genes to complement knockout bacterial strains. I have utilized Integrated DNA Technologies for oligo synthesis.
