I used this antibody to check HIF1A expression in colorectal cancer cell lines, Colo205 and HT29. I used 40ug of proteins. Running was done at 80-100v for 2h and wet transfer was done at 100v for 1.5h. Blocked using 5% non-fat milk and primary dilution at 1:1000 at 4 degrees overnight. The antibody worked well and gave a clear band at around 130KDa.
