Mouse thymus stained with this antibody show nuclear staining of AIRE. Staining has a speckled appearance. There is a lot of background, but specific signal is clear.
Does not work for flow cytometry.
Good staining in the thymus.
Bad staining in periphery and does not work for flow.
This antibody only works for IF. It also works very poorly outside of the thymus.
