Efficient RNeasy Mini Kit for Fast and Simple RNA Purification

RNeasy Mini Kit allows the purification of RNA from small amounts of starting material (e.g., animal or yeast cells, mice tissues), useful for different downstream molecular biology applications, such as in our case qT-PCR. This method is a fast and easy way to purify the total RNA from small numbers of cells, in our case cells have been seeded in a concentration between 5 x 10⁵ to 1 x 10⁶cells in a 100 mm x 20 mm Tissue Culture dish.
