I used this kit in a project to study the release of extracellular vesicles from T regular cells. This kit worked well to isolate CD4+ CD25+T regular cells from the mouse spleen.

I was able to isolate CD4+ CD25+ T regular cell from the mouse spleen using this kit. The purity is confirmed to be high, by flow cytometry.
