1 million PBMC-derived T-cells were resuspended in PBS and stained with 1 µl of this dye at RT for 10-15 minutes. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and stained with surface markers in FACS buffer at 2-8 degrees.

1 million cells were resuspended in PBS and stained with 1 µl of this dye at RT for 10-15 minutes. I have also tried 5 minutes incubation at RT and it works equally good.
