Great staining on T cells, although gdT cells can be a bit dim. The separation between positive and negative populations is good but could be better.

Good separation between T-cells and non T-cells. However, the signal does smear as some T-cells will be CD3 low compared to others. Some other antibodies can give better separation, but this antibody does a decent job as well.

Separation could be a bit better.
This antibody is good enough. You will be able to get most of the T-cells, but may lose some CD3 low cells depending on the gating. Definitely recommend adding to flow panels.
