I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanism of WNT signal transduction. I work with the human haploid cell line, HAP1. I routinely generate CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene knockouts. The goal of this experiment is to determine the cell proliferation kinetics of clonal-derived HAP1 cell lines.

Three clonal HAP1 cell lines were assayed for proliferation kinetics over three days. The kit is easy to use and all three clonal lines showed similar proliferation kinetics.
