I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanism of WNT signal transduction. The goal of this experiment is to determine if human beta-catenin can be expressed in Sf9 cells.

1 million Sf9 cells were transfected with 3 µg recombinat bacmid and 9 µL Cellfectin II reagent complex. The blot shows good expression of beta-catenin and YFP (part of bacmid backbone).
