We used this CCK-8 kit for the measurement of cell viability after drug treatment. It's very convenient and reliable. We have used it for several projects.

Be careful not to introduce bubbles to the wells when adding the CCK-8 solution.
The absorbance was read at 450 nm, which is in proportion to the number of living cells. We were able to calculate the cell viability using this kit.
