I analyzed EV (extracellular vesicle) samples.I detected Phospho-H2AX (S139) on my samples with high confidence.Positive control perfectly work as I expected.It would much better to provide 2 vials of positive control. Because once it resuspension with solvent, it could not keep it for next assay. I just run 2~3 samples at one time. Reduced amount of positive in 1 vial (50% less) and make 2 vials with 50% less materials in the vials.I would be very happy if provided positive control's protein concentrations. And it would be more confidence if the company provide more wash buffers.
