We used this antibody to identify Ly9+ antigen-presenting cells from the mouse lymphoid tissues, by flow cytometry. The concentration of the antibody is deficient, so we have to stain at 1:10 dilution. It works well if you use 1:10 dilution, which the vendor recommends.
