This antibody is very useful for identifying antigen-presenting cells with class II expression, from mouse lymphoid tissues. We use this regularly to find MHCII+ dendritic cells by flow cytometry as well as, to sort out dendritic cells from mouse lymph nodes for RNA sequencing.
