My research involves studying how D1 dopamine receptor, a member of the GPCR superfamily, can signal from distinct membrane compartments within the cell. I have found that D1 dopamine receptor can be activated at the plasma membrane and from endosomes after internalization from the cell surface. I have also found that this receptor exists as a stable pool at the Golgi apparatus and can signal from there as well.

This product is an antibody for GM130, a protein localized to the cis-Golgi. This product helped us detect Golgi localization in cells. This allowed us to measure colocalization of different proteins of interest with a Golgi marker.
Worked very well, no optimization required.
Nothing bad to report.
Great product, highly recommend as a cis-Golgi marker.
