We wanted to measure BPA levels in treated cell culture samples. LCMS only provides up to 1 ng/mL LOD, but this kit allows for detection of lower levels up to 1 pg/mL.

Results Summary

We are expecting BPA concentrations to be way beyond lower than our initial concentration of treatment. With this kit, we are able to detect BPA up to 1 pg/mL. R2 values are acceptable (0.98) for a duplicate of the standard curve.
