The goal of this research is to isolate single cells from tumor and stain them with antibodies and do flow cytometry to determine the cell percentage. We used this Type 4 Collagenase for the tissue dissociation to get single cells.

The concentration is 1 mg/mL. Digestion time is about 1 hour.
We were able to harvest single cells after Type 4 collagenase digestion. The cell surface markers were not damaged, and the flow cytometry results looks good.
